Insurance

Tenants are required to carry renters insurance for liability and property damage.  

Tenants have the option to purchase their own insurance - or can purchase insurance through AppFolio at a nominal monthly cost, currently $10.50/month.

If tenants do not provide evidence of insurance, either through their own policy or through AppFolio, insurance will be purchased for you and a monthly service fee of $4.50 is added to the cost.  

Pet Policy

Mathilda Apartments:            

• 1 Dog: No Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Pit Bulls. Maximum weight 60#, minimum age 1 year old.

• Or 1 Dog, 1 Cat

• Up to 2 Cats

• Pet Rent: $50.00 per month, per pet.

Entrada Townhomes:              

• Sorry, No Pets Are Allowed.

Parking

Mathilda Apartments:             

One assigned parking spot is included in rent. Additional spots are $25 per month if available.

Entrada Townhomes:

One Assigned parking space per unit is included in rent. Additional spots are $50 per month covered, uncovered $25 if available.

Rental Term              

Initial lease term is 12 months
