RENTAL CRITERIA - EACH PROSPECTIVE RESIDENT MUST: 

  • Meet verifiable minimum income requirements.
    No co-signers or guarantors are accepted.

  • Have a minimum of 6 months  verifiable, satisfactory rental history.

  • Have good, verifiable credit

  • Maintain renter’s insurance while a resident

Applications with application fee and all required documentation are processed in order received

    Rent depends on location, features and condition of apartment:

  • Studios and Junior One Bedrooms

    $1,995.00 - $2,300.00 per month

  • One Bedroom Apartments

    $2,450.00 - $2,950.00

    (Rental Rate Depends on Location, Features, etc.)

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT

    ♦ Equal to 1 month’s rent

  • GROSS INCOME REQUIREMENT

    ♦ Individuals and economic units - 2 times the amount of rent

    ♦ Roommates – 1.5 times (each) amount of rent

  • PARKING

    One Parking Space per unit

    Covered Parking = $25 per month

  • MISCELLANEOUS

    Cost of Credit Report $40 per applicant (non-refundable)

    Holding Deposit $700 due upon approval of application

  • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY STANDARD

    Studio Apartment Two (2) Persons

    Junior Ones Two (2) Persons

    One Bedroom Apartment Two (2) Persons

    Minors over the age of 18 months will be counted as persons for occupancy purposes

    Infants up to eighteen months will not be counted for occupancy purposes

    A certified copy of a birth certificate is required for any child 16 years of age or younger

Pets

PET MUST BE ACCUSTOMED TO APARTMENT LIVING AND CANNOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS QUIET ENJOYMENT.

  • Maximum weight 60#

  • Minimum One Year Old

Pet Deposit: $500.00 per pet
